Spring
Taking photos is a nice hobby. Wandering around breathtaking scenery on a nicely warm and sunny day sounds like something no one would mind really.
But shooting photos is much more than that to me.
Sometimes the most amazing photos require a less inviting weather. Catching the perfect wave would not happen on a sunny day with a wind just a gentle breeze.
When you use your imagination, there is so much to see!
A change of viewpoint makes ordinary items look more interesting, sometimes even scary. There might be a forest of fairies at your feet. Have you seen a fairie bathtub?
Sometimes all it takes is studying a familiar object closely to see if there is something else hidden in there. A touch of magic maybe… Or a stranger passing by
and if you didn’t look closely enough, you might just be blissfully unaware of all things magic around you.
For some people the most interesting things in life are easy to capture but some things just seem to pass by too fast.
Thankfully I seldom have to go out there alone to inspect the world through a lens. And whenever I need one, I always have a willing model model available.
